\r by brenda 10/14/2011 \r PHENOMINAL institution for animals. Dr. James is outstanding and I have only ever experienced top-quality services and care from ALL employees that worked there over the years! I am sorry for the people and their precious pets involved in the unfortunate reviews you might read here. GOD BLESS them and their precious pets and any unfortunate circumstances that resulted. BUT, as for myself, if I ever planned to raise another four-legged member of my family (and he was close in proximity) Dr. James, his institution, and his staff would be my FIRST choice in the new animal's care. I thank ""them"" for taking care of FOUR of my four-legged family members (Alex, Axle, Skooter, and Whizzer) over the years. I can only speak for myself and my four-leggers, but ""we"" loved this institution over the years!!! \r Brenda Steever
