I am not an obssesive customer. But generally if Ihave to stop working to clean the carpet at least I want this people to come relatively on time not two hours late . But that is not the worse they just do such ahorrible job that it is unbelievable they donot clean your carpet they make it worse. and when you begged them to come they threaten with refund after they promised they redo it and a big hazzle and etc etc. It is a nightmare, really a nightmare I lost two weenends finally I told them to redoit no matter what but first I had to promise, yes , people , listen to this one, promise I willnot complain whatsoever no matter what they did. Now can you believe that but I said to myself it cannot be worse than this soI said I promise I promise just finish with the whole thing and I promise ever to say anything because I would'nt eve dare to call them again even if I have to clean the carpet myself.And is Christmas time so imagine what kind of people they are .
