If you want clean clothes and good service, you WON'T find it at this place. I dropped-off two items to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick-up my items, it was obvious that they had not been cleaned. The silk skirt still had a water stain that I pointed out to them when I dropped it off. The only difference was that now the skirt also had a white residue all over it and looked worse than when I dropped it off. The coat also appeared as though it was not cleaned; it was wrinkled and very linty.
When I stated that I was not happy with the service, they insisted that I was wrong about the coat, but offered to re-clean the skirt (the stain made it more obvious that it wasn't cleaned properly or at all.)
I politely stated that I wanted to take my items elsewhere, but the older woman insisted that I leave the skirt. Again, I politely stated that I wanted to take my items, but the woman would not let go of my skirt. She also insisted that I pay for the service, but I refused because it was obvious that the items were not cleaned.
The older woman became very argumentative and was fighting with me for the skirt....she refused to let my skirt go and was pulling it from my hands. At the same time, her husband came and took my coat to the back. They were extremely rude and argumentative. Not once did they apologize or accept responsibility for the poor service. Instead they yelled at me and insisted that I pay for a service that was clearly not provided.
I eventually had to pay for the ""service"" because they held my items ransom until I did so. I have never had a bad dry cleaning experience and I'm sure that there will never be another as bad as this. I can't believe that places like this get away with treating their customers like this and providing such poor service. Please take this as a warning and don't go to this place.
