I found a honda civic on line with very low miles. And I was very excited but cautious. So I took my printout with me to the dealer and inquired about the car they had advertized. Sure enough it was there and I was the lucky owner. They have great deals and a vast selection of cars here to chose from.

I am new to the area and chose Sugar House based on the reviews I read here. Thank you for not steering me wrong! I made an appointment for color and a cut. My stylist, Ingrid, was great and I could not be happier with the results. Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in; everyone was very attentive. They have style assistants to do the washing and conditioning, which I like, because assistants spend more time than a stylist would, washing and massaging your hair and head. Very relaxing. Anyway, I'm definitely going back to Ingrid for cuts and color, and to check out their other services.

i was extremely happy about the way i was treated at sheehy honda in alexandria. i was greeted with a smile and open arms. they took every need and specification i asked for and landed me the perfect car at a perfect price. they've made a believer out of me and i will surely continue my buisness there and nowhere else.

We called Cyprus because we had used them for service in the past and they were always very friendly and prompt. On this occasion I was quite concerned because we were getting a burning smell out of our duct work. I called, they responded quickly and told us that our blower and mother board were shot and we needed a new furnace at the cost of $6,000. I knew of an independent cooling and heating specialist and had put a call in to them too. When Action Aire of Northern Virginia arrived, within 10 minutes of his arrival, he identified the problem, went to his truck to get the universal parts that he carried and we had heat within the hour! All we needed was a new motor for our blower. $285.00 was our final bill! I think this speaks for itself and I feel disappointed in Cyprus Aire.

After having experienced two really bad bridal shops, I was very discouraged walking into Ellie's. I had just finished telling my BMs that maybe bridal shops are just rude...NOT SO! The second I walked into Ellie's, I was greeted by Marie. Marie, immediately, tended to me and asked me very important questions and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was very honest and very friendly. She is the BEST!!! If you go there, ask for Marie!! She is very professional and reassuring. I ended up finding my perfect dress. She will do everything to make sure you get what you want. Since I just ordered my dress, I have not experienced the alterations and am worried based on other people's reviews. I will definitely post a review after I get my dress and have it altered. As far as finding the dress, I would highly recommend Ellie's.

Really solicitous staff in a dining room located in the middle of Old Town, Alexandria. The food was really good, the staff was solicitous, and all of the customers in the place, including us, were pleased, and at ease. The dining room is an adjunct to the Monaca Hotel, which is funky. We have become used to the Kimpton chain, and we thought this experience was high end and reasonably priced as well.
Pros: Great food, friendly all the way around

Just had heels redone on my mens dress shoes. They did a beautiful job, with friendly service. He even shined them up for me =)
It cost $28, which included the heel plates to prevent further wear. Seemed fair to me!
PROS: neighborhood place. They take pride in their work.
