Ok......so....i was reading the review that the lady wrote before and iam SHOCKED.... that she says these things i have been going to this salon FOREVER and have never had a bad haircut. I also take my family there and in the 5 years i have gone here i have NEVER heard any of the stylist say honey or babe or anything like that. I have only heard is there anything else i could do for you. Anyways sounds like she wanted to look like kelly clarkson... but we all know there can only be 1 kelly clarkson right???? these women want things they cant have. My suggestion would be to not listen to this and give them a try and make your own opinion!!! Sounds like someone is NEVER happy with they get. . these stylist work hard and i enjoy their company very much so. Next question is did you let the manager know about your experience and how unhappy you were???? I know him he does my hair and i KNOW for a FACT he would rectify the situation
