While my car was in the shop one day, my mom and I decided to eat lunch here because it was near the place where my car was being fixed. BIG MISTAKE!! My mom and I each had tea, and a lunch special. Our tab was less than $15. My mom put it on her and my father's joint credit card, along with the $3 tip. Lo and behold, when my father got the statement, the $18 charge we signed for had turned into a $90 charge!! They ripped us off!! When my mom called about it, the young lady who answred the phone didn't speak enough English (or pretended not to know any English) to be of any help. After many phone calls, and even several trips back to the restaurant to see the manager (who was never available), this still has not been resolved. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Buerau, but, as of today's date, we still haven't gotten our $72 in over charges back, and we honestly don't expect to. It is THEFT plain and simple!! The food wasn't all that exciting, but if you MUST go, DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD!!! THEY ARE THEIVES and you WILL get ripped off!! Actually, I would HIGHLY recommend Camino Real in Hickory Hollow. The staff there is amazing, and the food is excellent! Plus, they won't rip you off!!
Pros: there was no wait...but after this mess, I can see why
