Businiess name:  Touchstone Hotel

Review content:
While the hotel will draw you in with cheap rates, a good location, a quaint facade, and an admittedly fantastic diner next door, don't fall for any of it! The room was clean, but room's fixtures, many broken, suffered from neglect. The single window revealed an air-vent approximately 8x8ft. and went at least 5 stories up, leaving the room perpetually dark, stuffy, and lonely in a great city. It was necessary to climb on a dresser to turn on the TV and the amount of floor space made it nearly impossible to avoid stumbling over something.\r \r The service was appalling--either nonexistant or grumpy.\r \r The one benefit of this hotel is that it was so horrible, I got to see much of the city in my attempt to stay away from the hotel. Pros: I saw a lot of San Francisco in my attempt to stay away from this hotel. They have wireless. Cons: Rude staff; Small, stuffy, dark rooms
