Review content:
I went to this jeweler and purchased a ring from him and asked for a written appraisal which he told me I could return in a few days and pick up. I went back several times, called and also sent a self addressed stamped envelope and after 4 months I still had not recieved an appriasal. Now he chooses to ignore my requests, he also did not respond when I reported him to a local agency. I think the ring he sold me was not worth what he claimed it to be to my insurance company as this purchase was the result of a loss that was covered. My insurance company finally took the ring and gave me the amount my original ring was covered for. This makes me wonder how many people really have gotten what they paid for in Victor's store.
