Review content:
Being military I have traveled a lot. This is the first time I have moved into apartments that have been sub par. The great ""deal"" I thought I was a phoney. The pool is only open for 8 hour days, always packed and closed for the life guards lunch or other breaks. The maint. dept does not take pride in their work. It took four months to get a dishwasher fix. I have a list of discrepancys including leaky facets and decaying over hangs a page long. Management budges when you threaten but only enough to make false promises. Since spring submited 10 plus complaints just on pest problems, which include: spiders, silver fish and ants. All of which have yet to be taken care of. You get what you pay for I would pay 200 dollars more up the road and get a fire place without the insects should of walked away.\r

At night the neighborhood is ""thumping"" with loud music and people milling around in the parking lots. The area is also a bit shady. There have been quit a few shootings in the area including rapes, and a man being burned alive in a trailor behind a store. \r
