WORST STORE EVER! They ordered my dress two sizes bigger (I am a fit model, so I know my size!), and the woman said, ""My mistake"" and started altering it. I figured since it was ""her mistake"" she would fix the problem, since the freaking dress took three months to come in, and then she handed me a bill for $120, which was $5 more than the dress itself! She didn't TELL ME that she was going to charge me for alterations - she just started altering. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. RIP OFF RIP OFF. They also talk about you in front of your face in Russian - she didn't think I could understand her, but as I was leaving, I heard her talking about another woman being FAT to another employee. How professional is THAT?
