Review content:
In planning our trip out west for a bike tour, we called Bani to inquire how much it would be to get to the airport in a van. We had our two bikes boxed up and ready to go, so we'd need the space. Both times I'd called I was given a price quote of $30 to the airport. Our flight was early, and on the morning of our trip we had to call them because the van wasn't there on time. The man we spoke to said he'd have to wake someone up . When the van arrived the driver handed us his cell phone which was connected to the owner of the company. The owner informed us that in fact the price to get a van to the airport was $80. We responded by informing him that we'd been quoted $30 two separate times. His response was a superficial ""sorry"" as he explained that the woman we spoke with didn't know the correct fee. It was supposed to be $80. During several minutes of back and forth I pointed out (to no avail) that a representative of HIS company had misquoted and so the mistake was theirs to fix. In his rude tone, he held to the $80, not even offering any discount to make up for his company's mistake. In the end, since we had a long and long awaited trip to begin, we had to suck it up and pay the money. We had more to lose than he did. I won't call them again and I encourage everyone to find a more honest and courteous service to support.
