I had a horrible experience with the manager of the store on 2975 E Colfax Ave in Denver, her name is Emily. I went through the drive-thru on my way to church with my family, we waited for 5 minutes to have Emily take our order, then when we got to the window Emily shouted at the gal taking the money right in front of us to close the window because she didn't like that we were looking in the store. The service was very slow and i was just waiting for someone to actually take my card and give me my drinks, so i asked if her comment was directed toward me and she said yes because she didn't like that i was looking at the cash being handled, however i never seen any cash since i had given the window helper a card so i don't think she ever opened the drawer. In either case, i felt that Emily was very unprofessional and insulting, if she really thought i was looking at the cash she could have taken her employee to the side rather than screaming her thoughts to her at the window in front of me. she did not apologize for her actions and was very sarcastic in telling us that she was worried about her cash and that we should leave. I will never go to startbucks again after this experience, i have better and friendlier customer service at caribou and mcdonalds! Too bad, because starbucks is very convenient to many of my stops during the week. Pros: convenient Cons: horrible customer service
