Needless to say it was not a friendly atmosphere. It was my first time and last time that I will ever walk in those doors. The girl at the front desk was miserable. After I was sent back to wait there was all this confusion on who had who and what was going on.... Seriously how hard is it to know who your next apt is?? I was not formally introduced to the person who was going to wax me. That right there shows a lot. How the place has the name ABOVE ALL GRAND SALON .... please take a step down and remove the above all part because truly your not. Its a beautiful place with UGLY attitudes! Also you may want to consider hiring ""new"" staff for the front more along the lines of happy and professional :)
