Review content:
My wife brought her Tacori ring into an MJ on April 24, 2010 to fix the misshaping of the ring as well as replace the lost diamond from the side of the ring. After about two weeks, we were informed that Tacori has determined that the ring is defective & we need to choose a different ring to replace it. Now let me just tell you that we are dealing with my wife's engagement/wedding ring! We have been dealing with MJ Christensen located at 8980 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89117, who had in turn been speaking with Tacori on a regular bases about our ring. We are very pleased with the service and the extent that MJ Christensen has gone to in order to resolve this matter. We are EXTREMELY DISPLEASED with Tacori and what they have been putting us through to this point! No where in all of our paperwork from the purchase of our original ring does it say that Tacori can void the lifetime warranty if there are any defects with the ring. It plainly states that they will honor the lifetime warranty against any manufacturers defects for the life of the ring. Tacori is refusing to fix and uphold the rings warranty. They are stating that the design has a flaw and they can not fix the problem. It will continue to have problems. Therefore, we are forced to give up our wedding ring and pick another. Pros: Warranty looks good on paper Cons: Warranty doesn't mean anything.
