Review content:
This the apartments are very large, but old(1974). The reason of the low rating is the community. While the apartment complex is not a section 8 housing, it is very ghetto. There was a drive by/illegal discharge of a firearm on Sunday 27 May 12 on one of the aprtment building in the afternoon. Feel free to check with the Richland County Sheriff to verify.
The community is mainly African American, so if you are of a different race be ready for social tension. The property is not well kept, so expect to find beer cans/trash in front of the buildings. Be ready for packs of teens and children to be running in the parking lot vandalizing property/cars and breaking into apartments and cars. In addition be prepared to be asked if you would like to by drugs while taking out your trash.
Managment has been made aware of these problems numerous times, but fails to do anything to resolve these issues. They will make promises that it will get better, but it never does. All in all if you have no children, standards or nice things it maybe the place for you.
