After reading another review of Valentine's Day at Mantra, I wanted to share my similar experience. My husband and I were surprised that there was only a prix fix menu. After being sat, we waited a long time before a server came over - and he said ""Anyone check on you yet? No, well someone has to take you, I guess I will."" Boy, the Valentine love was certainly flowing. We ordered our meal and half way through we notice bread on other's tables (I guess there was sauce - but we never got this), so we flagged someone down. Also, we did not receive one of the courses, but it was very hard to get someone's attention so we let it go. Plus, the food was tepid and not great, so another course was not really missed. Dessert was awful. The creme brulee was an odd consistency and the cupcakes tasted old.
Pros: Very lovely decor. Modern.
Cons: Service was lousy, food was tepid and poorly prepared.
