Review content:
Went in to practice for first time after taking the time to properly schedule an appt for my baby's checkup. The doctor was very late and I was never notified ahead of time that it would take over an hour in that waiting room, while my baby is exposed to germs of sick children. The doctor was rushed and the assistant didn't seem to know what she was doing. I overheard the office manager, an older woman by the name of Pat, tell a very crass, crude joke to staff members which struck me as unprofessional. When we finally were checking out, the check out girl didn't know how to do whatever they do so we had to wait even longer. A nurse in another room seemed a little rude as she shouted instructions at another mother. We could all hear the nurse shouting. My baby ended up getting sick from the long wait we had had yet he hadn't been ill at all prior to the visit. All in all, a very loud, crass and unprofessional place. I decided to not go there again.

Cons: unprofessional manager/staff, rushed appts
