It was time to step into the modern age and upgrade our existing CRT TV for HDTV. We had a wall unit built to fit perfectly our 36 inch TV. I went back to the wall unit customizer to see what they could do, but all they could offer was to build a new one. I found Steve and he had very innovative ideas. I was so sold on his kind demeanor, instead of buying HDTV on my own and probably saving a couple bucks, I just went with him. He did have very competitive prices and while it was not as cheap as I could get elsewhere, I didn't have to deal with shopping around, and basically getting screwed as the big-box department stores are apt to do. He came with a helper and they were in and out in a reasonable time and with zero mess. I am certain I could have shopped around and probably found someone to give me a competitive deal, but what price excellent customer service, kindness, and just general 110% satisfaction. There is no question I would recommend Diamond Case to anyone wanting or needing a system or a wall unit. You will be glad you did.
