Review content:
I was hesitant to keep my appointment after making it and then reading the reviews I found online. I was very interested in getting Lasik Surgery and this office was on my insurance plan so I went.
They were rude on the phone, strike 1. When I arrived to check in, they were rude right from the start, strike 2. When I was taken back for my exam, the girl doing the exam made it very clear that she was very bored with this process and had no patience with me as I tried to read the eye chart. At one point, she even burped loudly without apology, strike 3. She rushed through the exam and when I couldn't read the chart she just gave up. The Doctor came in and was just as bad, apparently they don't care at all about their patients. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Also I was given a prescription for glasses that wasn't even correct, I still can't see!! Don't go to these people unless you are into rude and uncaring!
