being a part of the slow food movement should not be an excuse for extremely slow service. in fact, they have absolutely nothing to do with one another. it took close to 30 minutes for a sandwich and bowl of soup - and then they forgot to bring out the soup. then they forgot the bread that was ordered with the soup. then they forgot the utensils, so i could eat the soup, and so it went... the soup was a beef vegetable, which was good. i tasted the pasta salad with creamy pesto, which needed salt desperately, and also a turkey sandwich (good but not epic). the employees were surly, and looked like they needed showers. put gloves on for god's sake if you're handling my food. gross. Pros: good food Cons: dirty and surly employees
