I love training at POW. It is so different that any other type of center. It is more of a school than a health club, but I dropped my health club membership when I started a couple years ago, because the classes are so intense that there was no point of going to the gym. At first I didn't think I was a class person - but I cant not imagine training any other way now. The classes are always different. Kat the owner changes things up all the time and has the other instructors change their routines too - so it isnt boring ever. Learning to punch and kick has given me so much confidence and body changed 3 months later. I take all the classes, except jiujitsu, even though it is so popular, I just prefer learning the punching and kick sports. Kat focuses on so much technique without it being slow. Said is newer to the staff over the last year and he is crazy fun as well. Pros: Diversity/Instruction/Bang for the Buck Cons: Kat doesn;t teach on weekends
