Review content:
Many years ago, My Wife and I had a very disturbing issue with Debbie?s Day Spa, which has really never been resolved. Back then, I purchased a gift certificate in the amount of $60 from the Spa for my wife, an RN, at the time, at Flagler Hospital; I wanted her to enjoy some pampering after all the work she had done for others. Well, time went by and she didn?t call for an appointment until about 13 months later. We were told at that time to look at the bottom of the gift certificate for the ?Expiration Date?. We were surprised to learn that there even was an expiration date, frankly, and when I asked if the certificate would be honored, I was told flatly by the lady at the desk, No. This made my Wife cry, quite the opposite result of what I contacted Debbie?s Day Spa for in the beginning. Pros: null Cons: null
