Review content:
When approaching something as personal and emotional as pet care, service is by far the most important aspect when trying a new veterinarian. Although my experience with the veterinarian was for appearances sake outstanding - only time will tell - the coldness and honestly rudeness of the reception and front desk staff make me pause as to whether I will ever return. I was greeted as if I was interrupting something, and I was forced to make my own introduction to blank stares. After the appointment when told to return to the front desk by the Doctor, I was greeted by a "What's up?" by one of the staff, as if I had been an annoyance. Pros: Vet Seemed Caring Cons: Front Desk Makes Me Question Overall Quality
