do NOT go to this business if you are a woman! they are not ethical, nor are they moral, in my humble opinion They try to intimidate you into reasons why they overcharge. I had my jetta serviced here THREE separate times for my check engine light. I was charged over $300 the first time, $400 the second time (a week later), and $500 the third time. They kept telling me that I needed a new coolant sensor, then it was one thing after another. After bringing my car in and spending over a thousand dollars, my check engine light was STILL on! The owner is a big loud man who loses his temper easily and rasied his voice at me several times. I couldn't understand how I spent so much money and brought my car in 3 times and they still couldn't fix it! I wanted a discount or at least a refund and he yelled at me and insisted it was not their fault, insinuating that I had done something wrong. Well I know that it wasn't my fault! I finally brought my car to the VW dealership and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my coolant sensor and that the cause of my check engine light could be fixed for $80. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I should call CBS and see if call kurtis will do an undercover story on them to uncover their immoral practices. I know the economy is tight, and I think they are not doing good and that is why they overcharge and try to intimidate you into giving more money. stay away! buyer beware. learn from my experience. Pros: location Cons: un-ethical business practices
