Review content:
The cleaning service is ok, but the owner has repeatedly written my name down wrong on the ticket which makes it hard to retrieve my cleaning. Once, he lost a valuable cashmere item due to poor record keeping. He also treats me like a young girl even though I am almost 40, which feels insulting. For example, once he gave me some change and told me to go buy myself a lollipop. I have switched to a more distant cleaners for most of my dry cleaning. I wish that there were a competitor nearby, because I would definitely take my business there.
