I love my 2009 Honda Civic and happy I purchased it at Bell Honda. As soon as I pulled up in front, two friendly,young men greeted me and opened the door. They asked me if I needed help. I explained that I had an appointment with Carl. They immediately offered to find him for me.
Carl was training a new sales person, Brandon. Together they helped me make a wise, financially sound decision. They answered all my questions in great detail. They repeated many times, that they wanted to help me find something that fit my budget. They made the sale all about me...not them!
They were polite, friendly, respectful and very professional. In fact, I found everyone in the facility to be good natured and made me feel welcome. Everyone I looked at smiled at me. They couldn't have been more amicable.
Derrick, the Financial Officer was very helpful in helping me get the best rate and explained the warranties in simple, easy to understand language.
I was most impressed that Carl and Brandon did not pressure me. No one likes a pushy, bossy car salesman and we have all experienced them. Believe me, if you go to Bell Honda, you will be in control. They will treat you like someone they have known. You won't get the feeling that you just represent a $ mark to them.
I also have confidence that I will get great service when I need it.
Carl took time to introduce me to the Manager. He took time from his busy schedule to thank me for visiting Bell Honda and for my business.
If you're looking for a great car and friendly, professional treatment, then you need to stop by Bell Honda at 701 W Bell Road. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Tell them Shirley sent you and you couldn't believe she is amost 70 years old!

I recently purchased a new 2007 Chevy Silverado LT at Courtesy Chevrolet after shopping 10 Phoenix area Chevy dealerships online. Courtesy sent me their lowest price quotes on 3 new trucks in stock and 1 low mileage used Silverado they had. Before I knew their email was sent to me, the salesman called to let me know the prices had been sent. This was very considerate and that level of detail was maintained throughout my experience with Courtesy. Of the 10 dealerships I shopped, only 4 sent price quotes. All 4 dealerships were fairly close in pricing, but Courtesy had the best selection and treated me better than any of the others. They even gave me a prepaid gas card for coming to the store for a test drive! I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet as they are by far the most customer focused Chevy dealer in Phoenix.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Bill Luke and get all my service work done here, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been courteous and honest. One time after an oil change i developed an oil leak on my Jeep. I brought it back to them, they admitted a problem with the filter and replaced it for no charge and no hassle - they even washed my car! I have been to other quick lubes and have had problems and they basically just tell you to shove it. Its cheap too, my last oil change bill was like $20 total! Im surpised at some of the other reviews, i am always treated professionally at Bill Luke and will continue to bring my vehicles there (have been since 2002) - even through there are other dealers closer... btw, they restaurant onsite is fantastic - great idea!

I drove down to Courtesy Chevrolet to look at a few Tahoes and once I got there the service was awesome. My salesman was very nice and before we even started looking at the trucks he offered me a bottle of water. First I met his manager and he was super friendly and told me there was no pressure to just take a few of the Tahoes for a drive. I found two that I really liked and we worked numbers for both of them. Neither the salesman or the manager pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. I bought a Tahoe and I am very happy with the process and Courtesy Chevrolet. I will definitely send my friends and family to this dealership.

We had a good experience with Bill Luke. We bought our fist car there. A Jeep. The salesman was fine. He didn't seem pushy or hurried. We have taken our Jeep back for service a few times and feel confident that they know our car & it's getting the best service for the best price.
