The management had changed in between and there were some hiccups as there is with any change management.However surpassing all fears regarding service not being good, the new team is as good as the previous one. The apartment is well maintained and there is a lot of greenery. The maintenance team is also excellent and most of the maintainance is responded within the same day. There are various kids activities as part of the kids club too !!

I am in escrow with this condo community and despite the wait, they have been very nice to me. The units have great floorplans and are located in a great area. I'm really pleased with the customer service I have received and the price of my unit. A new complex is going in behind this place which will probably raise the value even more. I will buy at all their future complexes as well.

You can tell these are old motels turned into apartments. They are kept up very good and are furnished. Ttaff is available to you and is very courteous. The apartments are available on a weekly or monthly basis which is very good for when you move into town and don't know where you want to live or you need to change your living arrangements quickly. This place is good for short term in my opinion,.

This is a smaller complex with staff that doesn't change very often. The tenants that live here have lived here for many years and they have winter visitors that return year after year. The amenities are in working order and utilities are included in the rent. They are in a good east phoenix location.

Very cute apartments with french doors out on to the patios, and with nice fireplaces in the living rooms with real mexican tile around the fireplaces, located right up adjacent to North Mountain Park, has three pools and fountains on the property. Great management and a wonderful location too. I would recommend them to friends.

I have just signed a lease in the Pines part of this complex. The staff are great and so far i am a happy camper. I will write another review in one month and we will see if i am still a happy camper. my apartment is a brand new remodel and everything is new. I like new!!!!All utilities included and washer and dryer in unit. Cable too and all at an affordable 1122 per month.

Not too impressive apartment complex, security grates on the windows, security doors to get into the apartment area, nicely decorate front office with interested staff. I felt like I was in a gated compound going into this apartment complex. They did have lots of parking though.
