We had them fix a previously bungled job by a wannabe roofer. The culprit was leaking chimney flashing. After I called, a smooth confidence exuding salesman immediately appeared and I signed up. A couple weeks later their crew showed up, a guy named John and a couple of mexican helpers. They had trouble unfolding their ladder. After ~15 min they were finally able to climb up there, and I left them to their job. I went to work. After about 3 hours my wife called and told me they were done and had asked her for a $800 check or cash. I asked her to tell them that I would pay after I would have looked at it. The next morning I went up there. It looked like a bomb had impacted behind the chimney. About 10-15 roof tile broken and 10 gallons of black roofer goo evenly distributed around the chimney...quite amazing that they had the audacity to ask for $800 for a crappy job like that. Anyway, I called their headquarter, and was connected to a guy named Johnny (the "ny" at the end is important-it separates a decent honest guy from a $%^&* named John). Johnny came out and looked at it, apologized profoundly, and promised to fire the bastards and send out some capable people. He reappeared with two capable workers (one's name was Lucio, did not get the other's name). Lucio turned out to be a flashing wizard. He cut textbook flashing pieces and put them perfectly together. They also exchanged all the broken tile. The final job was near perfect, and even looked pretty. Bottom line: This company has some capable workers, who can do a great job. However they have a quality control issue, i.e. if you do decide to hire them, you must go on your roof with them, take pictures before the job starts, do some research on the internet about "how it is done", check thoroughly on them during the job, and definitely do a leak check before you pay them. These rules are probably advised for any roofing action, since it is just too tempting to do a quick&dirty rip on a hot sweaty summer day.
