i took the beginners class here a few times and it is really great. its perfect for someone unfamilar with yoga who wants to learn how to relax and improve muscle tone. the instrutors are great and explaning the philosophy behind it, as well as coaching while you do the actual yoga. i feel like i've improved myself since coming here, and i look forward to going every week!!
