First off - the scheduling process was a nightmare, as I was rushed through it by some woman who sounded as though she was reluctant to do her job. Then something came up for me the day of my appointment, and I was put in a position where I wouldn't be able to keep my appointment. When I called the spa to ask if rescheduling was possible, I was literally yelled at by "my" esthetician, who told me I was inconsiderate for doing this "to her". She actually scolded me on the phone, and I was shocked. She told me she was upset because she is in such high demand, and that I was leaving her with an empty slot in her appointment book. If she is in such high demand, then it shouldn't be hard to give that time to someone else, correct? This woman also went on about how she would charge me double on my next appointment as a penalty for canceling. Mind you this was in response to my simple question "is it possible to reschedule my appointment? Something came up...". I did not get her name, nor do I even care to know it, as I refuse to have anything to do with this place. A spa is a place where one should feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered, not a place where the customer is uncomfortable because of an unprofessional "esthetician" with poor social skills. Totally grossed out and turned off. Pros: None I can think of Cons: Unprofessional, doesn't deserve even one star
