Businiess name:  Cecil's Restaurant
Review by:  J. D.
Review content:
I love Cecil's. The ambiance is lacking in the restaurant area, but the food is without equal. One of the last Jewish delis. The menu has changed little since the 70s. They have assured me, however, that you can still order the "ring around the Kaiser" which was taken off the menu in the early 80s. After the meal, get some bagels or ruglach or hamentashen. They also have lots of home-baked breads, meats (all kosher) and cheeses as well as prepared foods. The only weird thing is the bathroom, which you have to walk through the kitchen to reach. Kind of makes it fun, I think, but views may differ.
