The doctors are great, the staff is great, but I must say that my favorite part is the lack of appointments. I know that sounds silly, but it makes it very flexible. I have been in three times on the "spur of the moment" and have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. That's how long I USUALLY wait when I have an appointment at other veterinary offices! They so obviously love pets and do not just brush me aside when I prefer to use a bit more "natural" products such as a raw diet. All in all, a great place with with well-educated staff.
