Funnest place to go in pumpkin season is to the Cox Farms Fall Festival - month long fun. While they do not have a patch to frolic in, they do have huge (I'm taking over 100ft) slides that go through the hay, LONG hayrides, animals, free cider and apples. You need to pay an admission fee but after that - just about everything except lunch and hot cocoa are free. (They also do great FREE Easter Egg Hunts). http://www.coxfarms.com/
