I usually love going to the Hobby Lobby. They have a huge variety of not only craft items, but decorations for your house. I don't think their selection of Christmas tree ornaments can be beat ! Prices are reasonable and they are usually running a 50% off sale somewhere in the store. This time though, I was shockingly dissapointed. I waited for over 30 minutes back in fabrics for somebody to cut me some ribbon. I stood there too and watched three other customers lay their cloth down and walk away. This after all of us run that little bell many many times. I finally walked up to the management and requested someone. He seemed bothered to help me. Nobody came ! I heard them page somebody and it was a good 15 minutes later before someone showed up. They lost 3 customers during that time, and it would have been 4 if I hadn't really needed that ribbon. For selection, I would give them an A, for service, at this particular store, I would give them an F.
