Oh Notre Dame Academy. This all girls school has a student body of less than 300 students. This atmosphere is comfortable to some and stifling to others. Being a prestigious school, the tuition is not cheap, and neither is the reputation you get. Though there is a feeling of community, the educational standards are not up to par, with unqualified teachers and ancient nuns who are stuck in their ways and refuse to modernize with the rest of this world. Despite this fact, Notre Dame is still considered prestigious by colleges, universities, and peers, so often saying that one attends NDA is a thing of pride. The college preparatory curriculum is challenging and the atmosphere is inviting despite the reputation of being a "snobby and preppy" school. There are many things that people don't know about NDA, and this could be a good or a bad thing.
