Menards has a decent selection of lumber, although they don't carry exotic woods or very high grades of lumber. If you want to get good lumber at a cheap price, be prepared to sort through lots of boards, checking for warpage, knots, etc.
You can drive your vehicle into the lumberyard itself, allowing you to easily load your lumber directly into your vehicle, instead of putting it into a cart and trying to navigate through the store.
