Best Buy is the WORST store in Utah. We went there because they had a computer advertised on sale. We stood in line for 45 minutes waiting for someone to help us locate a computer. This was because they only had 1 employee to help the 20 customers wanting things. I went to the customer service desk to ask for help and they said the one employee for that department would eventually help us. We finally were ready to get the computer and we had to put in an application for credit. The employee told us it would be 10 minutes. After standing there watching him help other people for an hour, we asked if our credit was ready. He replied no, he had forgotten us. Best Buy lost our business forever after this day. We emailed them a complaint and never even received a response.
