Anymore it seems that anyone with a beauty salon can call it a day spa. When I think of day spa I think of a spa that has separate areas for their customers to receive the treatments they are there for. This is not one of them. Yes, you can get your nails done, hair cut, massage and facials but they are not done in a private spa type atmosphere. Everything but the massage is done at the stylists chair.
With that being said, I have had my hair cut here and I was happy with the cut. I have also taken my boys here a few times for their haircuts. Unfortunately, I had to wait each time for my appointment. It may have only been ten minutes but when I have to schedule my appointments I would like to not have my time wasted. I understand that a stylist can run behind from time to time but mine was ALWAYS behind. For that, I no longer take my business here.
The salon is clean and the owner has a neat bird that talks to you but can also take a bite out of your finger it you aren't careful!
I would say give them a chance if you need a salon but don't look at it as a day spa because in my opinion it isn't.
