Pizzeria Regina in the Italian neighborhood of the North End is perhaps one of Boston's best. The brick oven pies, homemade sauce, and variety of great toppings hit the spot. Pizza's are moderately priced (especially when you consider the taste) so are a rare bargain for this neighborhood.
You should plan to take your pizza home if you want to eat in a more relaxed setting. Otherwise this restaurant can be quite crowded and unsettling.
