This weekend we went car shopping with the whole family. Early in the day the kids were perfect but by afternoon they were climbing the walls. We went into Oaktree and they had some kind of Video game thing that calmed down the kids. In fact the whole dealership was kind of calm even though it was they were selling a lot of cars. Our salesperson was very nice and I had them match a quote that we had from my Iphone. Overall our experience was a good one.

I first visited Steven Creeks Mazda because my Mazda 3 was showing a WARNING light... Mrs Duvall (Krista) took care of me; she was very professional: fast and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a loan car. The next day I picked up my car - fixed and washed. Mrs. Duvall noticed my dashboard was cracked so she told me she will order a new dashboard...THAT'S BEING PROACTIVE! I requested a RX-8 for a loan car but Mazda doesn't offer RX-8 for loaners; She asked if I would like a Maita...:-)))) Thanks to Mrs Duvall I will be buying my 3rd Mazda from Steven Creeks :)))

Piercey Toyota has an amazing inventory of Toyota's. Great and not so pushy car salesmen make this place all the more better. The thing that I loved about this place was the fact that they gave me one of the best price on Corolla (lower than the inventory/book price) I am sure that their prices are amongst the best in the bay area. the only flip side was the lack of inventory on used cars. so if you are going for a new toyota, please do check out this place.

I recently took my 2002 Ford Mustang in for service at Capitol Expressway Ford. The ??????Service Engine Soon?????? light had turned on. The moment I stepped out of my car at the Service Area I was greeted and introduced to my Service Advisor Declan. Declan told me what most likely caused the light to go on and he was right on seeing my car has been running great and has always been serviced on time. Declan continued to handle the processing of the paperwork with my extended warranty & Enterprise Rent-A-Car. He called me in a very timely manner and let me know the status of my car, the estimate, and when the work would be completed. In just a matter of hours he called me back stating the car was ready. All the paperwork was processed with the warranty & Enterprise. My bill was $25.00. In the short time Capitol Ford had my car when I would call and leave messages for Declan he returned them in a very timely manner. I was also introduced to Jarred Jones, Customer Relations Director. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I couldn??????t have had a better experience.

It was time to do the timing belt and water pump on my car, if not done on time is potentially an engine killer. Chris (ACT/Clutch Works representative, great customer service) was entering my vehicle information on the computer and software program had all the current procedures, specs, steps and diagrams for my vehicle, great job Chris. Wow! Now that's how a state of art operation executes. Thank you Chris for saving my old parts at my request. This gives the customer the ease of mind that new parts are installed and the customer can inspect old parts to see how close to total disaster ($$$$$$) before it was too late. Enrique (Master Technician) thank you sir for the professional work, awesome job, you are the man. Sandra (Master scheduler,Sales Executive, CEO) thank you for working with my schedule and budget you are the greatest. If your vehicle needs any kind of work done and you want the job done right, with professional quality work , on time, with excellent service and best price in Silicon Valley bar none, individual vehicle owner or fleet, and you can recommend to all your friends and co-workers, this is the place(Silicon Valley Jewel*****).

I have only been here twice but I was really pleased and impressed with their service. They are fast and they really did a great job. They clean my car outside and inside thoroughly. These guys are really friendly and hard working. The price is a little expensive but well worth it. I will definitely try it again.

AJ Auto Detailing is located on Taylor and Coleman (near the airport in SJ) and they are amazing. My brother never takes his cars elsewhere and I am very impressed by their work too.
They do a very thorough job and my brother's black car looked like glass after they got done waxing it.
We had one "incident" there, but they were quick to pay for it. Ask for what's on special. got my friend about $40 off of a $210 service. they were really good.

I have been dealing with the folks at San Jose BMW for over 15 years now. While every relationship has its ups and downs, overall I have appreciated the service I've received from them, and would recommend someone looking for BMW motorcycle sales, service or parts to go to SJBMW. In fact it was San Jose BMW that got me started in my appreciation of BMW's motorcycle products. I had ridden Hondas exclusively before, and my previous new motorcycle purchase was one where I was not even allowed to test ride my motorcycle until I had signed the paperwork! At San Jose BMW I signed up for a demo ride and was able to take the bike for an extended ride to confirm that the BMW was what I wanted. It was a while before I finally bought that BMW, but there's no doubt the decision was positively influenced by the folks at SJBMW.
Over the years I've used San Jose BMW for warranty service, non-warranty service, parts and accessories. The staff is usually very helpful, and you never get any pressure whatsoever from the sales staff.
