This is a fabulous winery with a great variety of excellent wines. My personal favorites are the reds, especially the Raven's Roost Cabernet Franc. And then there's the Raspberry dessert wine - decadantly delicious and goes great with all things chocolate! The winery itself is a great place to visit with areas to sit near or in the Rockfish River and just do nothing, or you can attend one of the many activities at the winery and enjoy local music, wine, and other treats. It is a great place to spend a few hours and a few dollars.
