Not sure what some of these people are talking about. Every time I have gone to the Puppy Palace, is always clean. Doesn't even smell bad. Pups look healthy and well cared for. I think at least some of these people must have gone to the other pet store in town just down the street. THAT place stinks to high heaven and those animals look sick. Between the two Puppy Palace is really a palace compared to the other place.
