I don't have a dog, or a cat that needs grooming, but Lucy's is the only place that I hear of anyone in my neighborhood taking their dogs. And when they talk, they talk about the service, great results, and a real investment in the neighborhood and its pets. I've heard a couple of stories about difficult pet grooming situations, all with kind, personal, professional resolutions. Everyone at Lucy's really cares not only about animals in general, but about the specific animal that they're working with, and they know the pets, their likes and dislikes and how to handle them.
