After buying my 4Runner from Maita Toyota a few weeks ago, I'm the biggest fan of Maita Toyota. I'm telling everyone about them. I dealt with Al and he was really cool. I called around a few dealerships in Sacramento and Maita Toyota offered me the lowest price. I also needed to be fast because I was buying the car on my lunch break. I pretty much had 1 hour for my lunch break plus another hour because my boss's lunch break was the following hour. I did the test drive and bought the car. I was back at work in 1.5 hours! Al was great. He kept his end of the deal... He didn't try to jack up the price or sell me accessories. Thanks Al!

From our sales associate Cody to driving our Honda Fit Sport off the lot, the folks at Mel Rapton Honda made us feel comfortable and appreciated for our business. They were extremely patient and invaluable in helping us navigate the Cash-for-Clunkers rebate and we felt that all of them from front office to back were working to get us the best, most affordable deal they could rather than putting on the thumbscrews for a quick deal. I never thought I'd feel grateful for the "opportunity" to buy a new car but in the case of Mel Rapton Honda, I do.
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable, accomodating staff

I bought a new Toyota 4Runner from Maita Toyota a few weeks ago (as a late Christmas gift to myself!) I called around and Maita Toyota gave me the lowest quote. Some dealers wouldn't give me a quote over the phone (like Roseville Toyota) and wanted me to come in. I told them I wanted to be out of there fast and they said no problem. So I go in and meet Al. I do the testdrive and he did everything really fast. I got the 4Runner I wanted for the price I wanted and I was out of there in 1.5 hours! Al did show me some accessories but I told him I was in a hurry and that was that. Thanks Al! You'll see me back at 3000 miles!

I highly recommend taking your car to daughertys for any repair.
Dealer costs more but the warranty on most parts is lifetime replacement.

Senator is the only shop allowed to touch my personal vehicle. It is nine years old and still going strong. I look at the invoices and find them to be accurate. I've had bad luck with privately owned shops - sorry all of you small business owners. I've had worse luck with other dealers. I am sticking with Senator. One word of advise: It pays to be politely assertive. That is true in all business dealings.

I bought a used vehicle from them. Upon delivery, I noticed that there was no CD player. Rather than a long winded argument, believe it or not, the fleet manager immediately gave approval to have a factory one installed. They wanted the customer to be happy. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was originally looking for a corolla and was unsure of the Price and if I can afford it. We were working with the FLEET MANAGER at Maita Toyota RICHARD FABELA. He recommended we also take a look at the Hyundai Elantra Because they not only sell TOYOTA but HYUNDAI and SUBARU. It has more features and is less expensive plus it had a better review on consumer reports then the corolla. The best car deal ever and FLEET MANAGER Richard Fabela was a joy to work with HE MADE IT EASY !!!!
Pros: Great staff ... Every one we spoke with was awsome

When was the last time you bought a car in an hour? It can happen at Niello. No passing the buck sales agents, no ring around the rosy with their prices, no pressure and no games. I highly recommend a trip to Niello once you experience their high class service you will not want to buy a car any where else. Plus, their customer service after purchasing a vehicle can not be beat.

I just recently bought a 2008 SUV two weeks ago that I love for a great price, however I had the worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles in the last 12 years. The sales manager and her associates at first were going out of their way to help me find a vehicle. However, once I sat down to finalize the deal, the sales manager and her associates were treating me unfairly and being very discriminatory. After I wrote a check for a huge amount of money for my down payment, the sales manager kept asking me if I am sure that I will have the funds in my bank account. Little did she know, that I probably make 3-4X the amount of money that she makes with my Master degree and excellent career. She even kept asking me where did my funds come from. And they even tried to cheat me on my trade-in vehicle. I assume she discriminated me because I am African American and I look so young. This was the worst car buying experience ever. I would recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to spend their money elsewhere, so they won't have to deal with the type of unfair and discriminatory experience that I was dealt with.
