I bought a $100 blue tooth from staples was not working properly within 2 weeks. I went to store expecting a swap out. for the same product and was told I couldnt. They made be buy a extended warrenty to finally get my defective item swapped out. Next time I do a purchase it will be Office Max or Staples. I feel this was a gimmick and that the store or the manager must get bonuses on how many warrenties they sell.
