I was a patient of Dr. Madsen's from 1998 to 2004. He did the job and was a nice enough guy. You rarely wait longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and udually then have in before you can take your coat off (a real plus). The office staff and dental hygenists are all very sweet. The billing was a little weird but I think you find that at most doctors' offices. I was never 100% confindent in the work done by Dr. Madsen though. Maybe I'm just a skeptic.
