No matter what the bank is named, we continue to sing praises of their services. What started out as ROchester Community Savings; occupying many of the former Big E banks buildings. Then Charter One, but now Citizen's Bank still providing up to date and new technology to keep up with changing lifestyles. I only give a 4 Star rating, because often being awarded a 5 Star causes a puffy attitude and services suffer, giving 4 may instill a process to still achieve higher standards.
