While I have not bought from this dealership, I have had my car serviced there and have also had keys made there after I lost them in the snow! Their staff is exceptional. My service concerns were always handled quickly and efficently and the pricing is on par with other dealerships. When it came to my keys those, these guys went above and beyond. They worked so hard to try and walk me thru finding the information I would need so I would not have to call a lock smith. Finally, we poured thru all my car's paperwork and in the most obscure spot found the key code they needed to make me new keys. They acted like I'd been a customer for years. And while they didn't know it, I had been a Auto Dealership Consultant for 5+ years at that point, and they treated me as well as any of my clients would have ( or any other customer could want to be treated).
