Houlihan's seems like just another Applebee's or Chile's, but they have their own distinct plates which make it different. They have a really tasty cauliflower mashed potato type dish that I forgot the name of, but it's really good... and I'm not one to eat/like cauliflower normally. They have pretty much have anything for anyone's taste, from your hamburgers and chicken fingers to salads. If you like Applebee's, Chile's or any of those kinds of places, I'd give Houlihan's a shot.
