Save yourself the headache. This is the worst managed company I have ever dealt with. The store manager is rude and carries himself in such a way as if he thinks he is GOD. The staff is a miserable group of early twenty somethings who you can tell quite clearly, they barely- if even- have a middle school education. The store manager & staff know very little about the products in their store or how they operate, often guessing the answer. I actually found the new district manager (Norm) is also too green for the daunting task of properly managing the nightmare that is the Chicopee Radio Shack. After numerous complaints about the poor judgement and awful customer service skills, I will now be writing to corporate.
